"Prachtig hotel op enkele stappen van het centrum van Beaune. Uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel, met een speciale vermelding voor de receptie. Mooie ruime kamers, heel proper ingericht. Soms was het reinigen van de kamer een beetje later op de dag. Maar we kunnen begrijpen dat dit niet altijd zo gemakkelijk in te delen valt. Het ontbijt was vers met voldoende aanbod. Zeker al ruimere buffetten gehad in andere hotels. Kleine opmerking: verzorg het brood: niet altijd perfect uitgebakken....
