"They cleaned my room once. Staff wasn’t really helpful in showing ways to get around the city or seemed knowledgeable about tourist spots. Food was average wasn’t that impressed. Waiter couldn’t have the courage to tell me the day before to pay for a soda that I bought. I wasn’t trying to avoid paying it he was taking to long and I assumed it was gonna be put on my bill at the end of the month. The breakfast costs too much for the little bit of food you get. I don’t think it should be 45 euros...

"Staff was very helpful during both our stays at the hotel. The shuttle was timely and the staff was helpful onsite with amenities, exchanging money, printing guest work documents, and more! The hotel is clean and well maintained. The location was 20 minutes from the city and perfect for us to explore and return in good time. Thank you for your hospitality."

"Did not get to use the pool or amenities because we were very jet Lagged from our Dallas flight and only there for 2 nights but loved the hotel, ambience, the room itself was great and clean, well laid out. We got a corner room with breathtaking views of the city and hills in the horizon. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted all the staff were very courteous and helpful would love to stay here again if we come back. The pool looked promising and inviting hopefully next time"

"For the Property, I did like how it looked. I like that it was very convenient to the adjacent shopping mall where there were access to fast food restaurants in addition to regular restaurants. But once I was in my room, I noticed several issues. First one was the phone receiver, which had electrical tape wrapped around it holding it together. Second issue was it appeared to look like a burn hole of some sort caused by either a cigarette or something hot that burned a hole through the bed...

"My daughter and her friend were traveling to Valencia for a week. The whole team at the hotel went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and make the girls feel welcome. They were so easy to communicate with before arrival! My daughter said, "The room was great! It was spacious and had probably the best bathroom I’ve ever seen in a European hotel. The restaurants around it are a little bit touristy -- but it is in a great location if you want to go to the beach or just stay in an area...

"Very disappointed at the maintenance of the hotel. We paid around 275Eur for a 1-night stay. The bathroom was really poorly maintained; the shower was a handheld shower that was really hard to turn on as it was soooo old and had floppy controls, the taps were detached from the wall and would move a lot every time you use them so much so that we thought they would fall off. The bath was thin plastic that popped as you walk on it (to take a shower). The sink was not draining. The mattress was...
