I had a wonderful stay at Hotel 101 Madrid from June 27 to June 30. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and I truly appreciated their help in arranging an early check-in, which made my arrival so much easier and more comfortable.

"The hotel was clean and 10 minutes away from the airport. However the staff were so rude and not friendly. They helped because they have to and you feel terrible. I was literally scared to ask questions. Not a single friendly person, not even the lady who greeted me for breakfast. Everything was for a charge. Breakfast, parking, shuttle, etc. not a single service free of charge. I paid 2.50 Euros for a very small cup of hot water."

"This is a modern hotel very close to the Madrid airport. It is great for flyers in or out of terminal 4 with their shuttle service. The only disappointment was the hotel's restaurant. The food was very mediocre. The rooftop bar is nice, but eat somewhere else."
