"Everything good"

"Wasn't given ground floor room as requested and guaranteed by manager the previous week were there. Carpet had stains all over it. Dishes were still wet in cupboard. Bathroom was disgusting. Never again "

"The reception staff is efficient and friendly. Room decor is dated and gives a somewhat run down feeling. Power outlets are mostly at foot level - not particularly senior-friendly as I had to stoop to connect. In my room the newer of the two air conditioners give out warm air but does not stop even though the desired temperature is reached. I had to use the older air conditioner which fortunately worked well and quietly enough, but the air filter needs cleaning. There is a power bar for the hot...

"These apartments are in a fantastic location with the best view of Perth there is. The rooms are generous in size and are very clean. The kitchenette is well equipped with a large fridge and everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay and we'll be back."
