"Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and had nice decor. Room was spacious and temperate. Breakfast selection was minimal. Hot selection was cold, and inedible. Room 303 shared two walls with the lift shaft, and as such every time the lift was used the noise would wake us."

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jedoch verstehe ich nicht, wieso ich und mein Freund ein Zimmer für Behinderte bekommen haben. Das Badezimmer war für Menschen im Rollstuhl ausgelegt. Die Dusche war offen, das Wasser war somit überall. Im Zimmer gab es eine Tür anliegend zum Zimmer daneben. "The location is convenient, in center Arad. Plenty of parking (for a small fee). Breakfast was good, a variety of food and Julius Meinl coffee. The VIP perk was given to us only when we asked. They never offered an upgrade. Bedding was good; if the room faces the back of the hotel there is a huge noise that bothered me the whole time."
