The main hotel pool and beach weren’t as nice and could be more grand for the level of luxury offered. Area is still developing and so lot of ongoing construction but the property is very well maintained. "

"Our stay at Lalya was definitely 10/10. We greated very warmly at the lounge, and were taken to the resort by speedboat!The hotel boasts an amazing private beach, expansive greenery , biodiversity and activities but real stars that truly make it a little paradise are the people here. "Stayed 4 nights in suite with sofa partial sea view, have stayed at 5 other Muong Thanh's across Vietnam, this one had the most limited breakfast buffet items, while the room was clean the bed was a little dissapointing in terms of comfort and pillows were not comfortable (too stuffed). Limited interactions with staff apart from check in which was quick and checkout. Given the other options in town I wouldn't rebook."

"Six sense never disappoints. The property was amazing, the hospitality was out of this world. Special mention about Tri, who was our GEM (Guest Experience Manager) and he was truly a GEM. Helped us out with delayed flights, customized menus and just made us feel right at home!"

"Breakfast was decent and swimming pool area was nice and clean. Sauna was not so organized . Steam sauna was too hot to stay. No one was there. Spa was okey, nothing special. I liked my room had a nice view balcony, nice bath tab as well. "

"Gonsala is a great hotel and located right in the middle of the main part of Nha Trang, within easy 3-4 minute walk to the beach and lots of dining and shopping options."

"The pool and the gym more far to be desired. I don’t even think that you can call that fitness centre a fitness center. However, the room was absolutely beautiful. Nice and clean. And the staff was nice and friendly. "

"It was a pleasant stay overall. However the service was not good enough to call it a five star hotel. Despite the fact that majority of guests are tourists, there is no tour desk, and the front desk says that they do not know anything else other than the service in the hotel. If you can't plan your own tour, I don't think this hotel is right. The Spa service in the hotel was fantastic and Thao, the manager worked really passionately and did her best for the guests. "The hotel is set just back from the beach, but in a good location for bars, food etc. Yhe room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was ok. A little limited but possibly because yge hotel was quiet. The swimming pool was great."

"The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable however the bathroom didn’t have a fan or air on so got quite hot in there."

"Det er grei hotell, passer fint til å være 5 stjerne hotell. Basseng er passelig stort, men ikke så stort som jeg forventet. Det er fortsatt veldig fint å bo der, trygg og lett for å bestille bil/grab inn. Så vil anbefale videre, men velge alle hotell med 5 stjerne i nærheten også. Ta en uke her og der, så får man nyte mest mulig 😊"
