"This place is not suitable for any travelor. The building name does not match the name "Oceanus Oasis Retreat" and the only way to find the room is to contact the property manager who leads you into a different building where I assume each room is independently owned.
Here are some issues we found:
Lack of security-
The front door can open inwards and outwards because the door frame is loose.
Lack of cleanliness-

"Staff is so helpful, nice and professional. The room is so clean with the beautiful ocean view from all angles. The location is so convenient. It is in walking distance to beautiful Hon Chong Beach. It is close to some good restaurants but it is away from crowded, noisy areas in Tran Phu. If we have a chance to come back to Nha Trang, this place is definitely a place for us."

"Advertised as 5*. It wasnt.
Took 2 days to remove dirty dishes.
Crockery needed a wash before we arrived - left it up and marks visable in bottom of mig, and when i returned aftwr a day out, it had been turned over but not cleaned.
Marks on bedding
Sofa had marks from previous customer.
Bathroom door had some weird marks on it - i used a cloth and they were cleanable. Just no one had bothered.
Room service food was cold and poor quality.
Nice balcony, nice sized room, but tbh,...

"The staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and having an on-site massage service was very convenient.
However, the refrigerator did not get cold enough, and the air conditioning took some time to cool the room to a comfortable temperature.
The room offered a lovely sea view, although it was partially obstructed by the building in front.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be improved."
