"great staff with a very easy check-in/out. Stayed overnight a few times now and unfortunately the room is looking a little tired now. Great location however no parking on site although free parking is available a short walk, 10mins, away. Disappointed that there is no longer bar/food available in the evening. All in all ate at a local restaurant & had good nights rest after a long drive."

"This was the best hotel of our trip, really comfortable and relaxing, clean ,warm & welcoming. Chuchin , the manager , was very helpful and informative & all the staff were friendly & attentive . The hotel bar has a varied menu including a menu del dia which is great value. The hotel was also well situated for our trips to the Irati forest, the canyons and Pamplona ( all spectacular !).. We ll definitely be back , thanks again."

"We had a wonderful stay and the service really stood out. From the moment we arrived, Fernando greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel genuinely welcome and took care of everything with care and attention. A special mention also goes to Oscar and Alejandro at the bar “La Biblioteca.” They provided excellent service and prepared drinks of outstanding quality. Their friendliness and professionalism made our evenings even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. We truly appreciated the outstanding service and the warm atmosphere."

"Very nice hotel, staff was great. Our 5 year old got sick and the staff was awesome and got us extra towels for cleaning up from him getting sick. The room was spacious with an upstairs loft area and a downstairs pull out sofa. Location wasn't walkable with the kids to anything in the center, but it was convenient because parking was free and the grocery store was right across the street."
