"Nice clean property which has a convenience store downstairs. We did have issues with the fire alarm (false alarms) going off a few times during our stay however other than that really enjoyed staying here."

"Superb hotel with lovely pool. Staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us.
I didn’t get the room I thought I’d booked (which had a balcony) as per the Hotels.com misleading pictures but that wasn’t the Amelia’s fault. It’s worth paying extra for The Level. "

"Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us, even with a complicated luggage shipping issue. They printed the necessary documents, patiently helped us organize our suitcase, and thanks to them the process was successful. Overall, the service was warm and professional. We left with a wonderful experience and would definitely come back."

"Front Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no place to park the car in front of the hotel (pedestrian area) to unload luggage but they came outside and helped us immediately.
Small boutique luxury hotel that feels like home. Dog was treated like royalty with bedding, plates and a lovely welcome note for my “peludo” as they called him. Bathroom, shower and amenities were great. Windows and full of natural light. I highly recommend this hotel located in the best possible location...

"Big very modern room. Huge bed. Excellent air conditioning. A big choice at breakfast. Room was well maintained. Very clean. One large bottle of filtered water in room when I arrived. But this was not replaced. It is on bottle per reservation. As I was there for 6 nights that was poor service. Hotel in a nice quite residential area."
