The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and friendly whenever I need assistance, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious and beautifully decorated. I was delighted to find that they even provide hot water! It's definitely a great value for the money, and I'm already looking forward to returning to Bohol and staying here again."

"firstly the hotel was only open 2 weeks as was told and by the work still inside the suites to be finished. Two things stood out first--no TV and the room was the size of a shoebox. I booked the room because the site said it had a fridge-it didn't. But fair to say as I inquired about a fridge my unit was the only one without--my luck. The owner a very nice man explain that they have been booked solid since they opened and really did not expect to be so busy so soon. The next day ...

"I requested ground floor rooms because my mother has mobility issues. I requested too in the virtual chat but when my family arrived, the staff were unaware. In the end, they placed them in a smaller room (4 persons instead of 7 persons) in the ground floor and the second room in the third floor which is not the purpose of this short getaway. This was a get together family celebration and the staff should have been more careful in reading the requests of the guests especially for the disability...

"So, we went here because the price was good, and it had a pool and billiards table. However, the pool was so dirty that no one swam in it. The billiards table had 2 cues and no chalk so we couldn't play. Also, there was no hot water. Major bummer. Finally, it's out of the way so we could not get a Tricycle and had to walk for a couple of miles to find transportation. "
