"Property is extremely worn and requires maintenance. The lobby smells nice, but once you leave it, it feels like you're at the sewer. Granted, the rooms were relatively ok, but it couldn't escape the wear from how old the hotel is. The entrance parking lot reeks of garbage from the nearby trash cans. ..."
