The bath tub needs to be changed. The shower curtain was dirty. You are better off bringing your own towels. Parking was ok and the area is wonderful with lots of walking distance places.

Rooms were clean and semi updated but there was no housekeeping service, the towels were threadbare and stained with rust and bleach, and there was one towel, one beach towel and one washcloth for my 3 night stay. Hand soap dispenser was empty upon arrival and TP holder was broken. I’ll pass on this property next time.

Convenient location and free parking. 7-Eleven next door on one side, donut shop, Subway restaurant and The Raven Diner on the other. Room was OK. Refrigerator not very cold. Temperature adjustments didn’t make any difference. Microwave worked, but it was missing the tray that rotates when using. Shower curtain had mold on it and needed to be washed or replaced. Towels, but no wash cloths. Soap and shampoo dispensers were fine. Bedding was fine, clean sheets and pillowcases. Air conditioning was fine. Overall, not bad for what I paid for my room.

There was only one towel and it was fairly stained. Luckily, I had my own. The toilet paper had been set down in some water so I ended up going to buy some of my own. There was shampoo and 2 conditioners in the shower, but no body wash. It was an okay stay, but I was disappointed by those things, especially because of the price. But if you are running the Shamrock, you couldn’t ask for a better location.

Sheets & towels were very dirty. This hotel is not really a hotel anymore it’s is transient housing. The furniture/room layout is very poorly thought out so you can’t use the table and couch but still access the bed and the table in the bathroom makes it hard to open the bath room door. Half the electrical outlets done work, hair drying won’t shut off without tripping the gcfi function, the main light in the bathroom would flicker making it useless, the walkways are painted concrete which is peeling badly but when wet it’s very slippery and there are no signs. Just all around not a well run or clean property. Should be closed down.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The beds were very comfortable and smelled clean, and most of the room surfaces appeared well-maintained. The room itself was quiet and I had a good experience sleeping there. However, there were a few basic housekeeping issues that stood out. Almost all of the soap dispensers were empty, and there was only one roll of toilet paper initially provided, though the office did supply more when requested. The floor also did not seem to be properly cleaned — after getting out of the shower, the bottoms of my feet became noticeably dirty, which made it clear the floor needed more attention even though there wasn’t any visible debris. It was still a great stay overall, but I’m rating it 3/5 because these are basic details that should be consistently handled. With better attention to these small essentials, it easily could have been a 5/5 experience.
