"We arrived after check in time had ended and the office was closed due to coming from interstate, I made a quick phone call and was greeted by a staff member who was awesome, he got the keys for the room and took the time to explain the coded gate system and exactly where the cabin was. The park is very very quiet and beautifully maintained and presented, the cabin was spotlessly clean and the ensuite was fully equipped with body wash and shampoo and conditioner. "Convenient location. The shower is over the bath and there was visible mould so the tiles need re-grouting / fresh silicone. The restaurant was closed the night we were there, I was unwell so ordered room service as not up to going out. On ordering it said 30mins but was more like 45mins and we ended up leaving it after a few bites as it was like warm at best. I tried to prebook the $20 parking but no one responded so had to pay $30 at the overflow parking. The bed was comfy."

"We arrived with kids and found the room was not clean. We reported it to the staff, who were very helpful and offered us another room, but unfortunately that room was also not clean. We were then asked to stay the night and were told the room would be professionally cleaned the next morning. The cleaners did come and made an effort, but we were still not fully happy or satisfied with the overall cleanliness."
