Holiday Inn & Suites Richmond West End

10/10 Excellent

"Great accommodations. Plus: -Clean interior. This includes public spaces and guest room -Outstanding front desk staff (both check-in/check-out) -Great restaurant server -non-carpeted guest room floor Needs improvement: -not enough "disabled" parking -Parking lot was very dirty. My guide dog was distracted on walks by the copious amounts of food disposed by guest in multiple places in the lot -Broken guest elevator. Spouse can't climb stairs so the wait for the elevator car was excessive at time. Interesting Note: there were quite a few guests who were enlisting in the military (across all branches). There probably on the way to a military processing station. So healthy individual in their late teen, early twenties. There were taking the elevator from the lobby (ground floor) to the second floor, so this was most of the delays that I experienced the most. Summary: high marks and I will stay here again when I am in the area."
