"Really nice hotel - better signage at front/elevators for check in needed"

"Our trouble started when we went to our room. The door would not open. I had to use my body to get the door open since we were in we agreed to wait til morning to report the problem. We turned the heat on as it was cool in the room, got ready for bed and then the heater started making a banging noise. Needless to say we did not sleep well. The next morning we reported the problems, were told someone would fix them and off we went. Upon return we were happy to see that the door opened much easier, only a little push, the heater how ever still made a noise. I went to the frunt desk to get blankets and to again report the problem with the heater. I was assured someone would be up to look at it. That never happened. The blankets came in handy. The next morning I went to get coffee, came back to the room and had to bust down the door again. Needless to say I was glad we were leaving. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite consistent long lines at the check n counter. "

"Staff confused me for someone else saying I didn’t pay that was honestly embarrassing like I didn’t have the money also gave me the wrong room n keys at that everything was wrong for check in waited so long when I was told a couple minutes then tried saying they were looking for me we made eye contact a couple times but other then dat rest off staff was great "

"I’m a very light sleeper and since this hotel is right off of a major highway; I didn’t get any sleep at all lastnight. The sounds of the cars along with people blasting music outside ruined the night But the hotel is beautiful. Staff is very friendly "
