"I read the other reviews. The basic idea of this hotel is cool, it's such a unique spot. However, for me, thats about as good as it got. On arrival, I had my back pack and a suitcase, walked into the hotel, did not see a reception desk or any staff. So I walked back out to make sure I was in the right spot. "チェックインがうまくできない場合、電話をかけろと表示される。日本の携帯のためスイスの番号に電話がかけられない状況だった。外にいた観光客の方に声をかけ、助けてもらえたから鍵が手に入ったが、彼らが助けてくれなかったら私は部屋に入れず野宿の可能性があった。スイスの電話にかけれる携帯をお持ちで、英語で対応が可能な人にしかお勧めしない"

"I liked the location a lot. The hotel was close to nice old town and in walking distance to train and bus station, from where it was very convenient to reach various interesting places. However, the staff was not very helpful in providing information and it was strange one did not know where a bus stop for number 631was. Also, I was very disappointed that there was no ability to have tea or coffee outside breakfast hours."

"We booked this at the very last minute after having to deviate from our ski touring plan around Saas Fee. The staff were really nice and friendly, the rooms clean and functional with nice views and the breakfast was excellent and really good value."
