Pessimo hotrl

O quarto nao condiz nada com as fotos. Atendimento extremamente lento e problemático. Estou na segunda hospedagem aqui porque nao tem outra opcao na cidade. Agora o hotel nao acha a minha reserva. Depois de 4h de viagem, sao 21h30 e sequer posso descansar
