"The room was recently renovated and was very nice. Everything soft was new. It was very clean, spacious and quiet The sleeper sofa was not comfortable. Gave up and slept on couch. We were only a short walk to downtown, excellent restaurants and the sites. Staff members were always pleasant and helpful. We came for the annual Wine and Chili Festival which was a bit longer walk but easily done. "

"Place was clean, comfortable, big, and nice. Shawn was friendly and responsive. Really really Good restaurants (la Choza and Tune Up Cafe) nearby but not really walking distance. Neighborhood itself felt quiet and safe. Railyard area was walkable. Only criticism about this place was the parking was a little tight, but manageable, and st Francis is noisy but didn’t ruin the stay. The bedrooms had noisemakers and you get used to the traffic noise bc it’s so constant… it begins to sound like...
