It is a nice, comfortable, clean appartment with a grocery store and bank nearby. Alexander, the proprietor, is a great guy and speaks enough English to communicate effectively. Local taxis can be found with an app called taxi7220 and will take you anywhere in Vitebsk for about 3,5 rubles.

We've informed owner we arrive after 9 pm (21.00 local time) We came at 11 pm (23.00 local time) and he refused us to let it in, explaining that "It is too late, I have already leased it to someone else" After 10 hrs travel by car with 2 children we were refused in booked & confirmed property. Впечатления самые худшие!!! Бронь была оформлена заранее, от хозяина получила подтверждение. Но! В день заезда не могла дозвониться по указанному телефону,пришлось с семьёй ждать ответа около трёх часов. После этого отзвонились и сказали,что никакой брони нет!!! На сайте посмотреть подтверждение брони отказались. Предложили заселить за большие деньги в ужасные условия без горячей воды и в разные номера с детьми. Первый раз за всю историю моих путешествий такое отношение и враньё!!!
