"The room was nice very clean but we found it weird they were going green when it came to the coffee. My sister is a coffee drinker and usually has a cup before doing anything else but skipped it because she had to go downstairs to get it. Also the mattress is starting to wear or maybe it’s just not like my home mattress. But we’d stay here again because of how nice the staff was"

"Asked staff where to get pool towels. Front desk said towels were in the pool house. No towels in pool house. Phone to call front desk in the pool house does not work. Walked to front desk to request they restock towels in the pool house. They said they would get to it when they had a minute. There were about 15 guests using the pool/hot tub. Towels were never restocked. We had to walk back to our room soaking wet. Our room slept four guests, only had two towels in our room."

"We arrived late into the evening and Sarah at the front desk was amazing! Kind and friendly making check in a breeze. Room was amazing with a desk, kitchen setup and sofa. Very clean. Quiet location and wonderful breakfast options. Highly recommend."

"Upon arrival, we were given a room where the exhaust ventilation system was located and was loud and noisy sounding like a generator when it rattled. We couldn't sleep. We then requested a different room the next day and that room was a lot better."

"I feel bad because the staff person was very nice and helpful, but... Even the sign at the entrance is very faded/hard to read (red flag). The room was in terrible shape. Bathroom baseboards were filthy, in the tub the caulk was all peeling and the facet leaked. The hot water was HOT- and with the janky faucet it was difficult to get a tolerable temperature without scalding. Room: TV reception was spotty (even though it was a satellite) and I had to turn off the power strip to the mini-fridge...

"I liked that the location was quiet and I wasn't bothered by any other guests at hotel. The laundry room was very stuffy and hot for a 100° day though, no a/c in there it seems. Especially liked the room, well appointed, clean and pressed look. Mini fridge had an actual freezer separate from the fridge section. Microwave worked well. Parking should be said for front end of the car, not the exhaust end, because the exhaust comes through the a/c vents."

"Not sure if bathtub was stained or just dirty, but a good scrubbing with comet would help either way. Otherwise sheets, towels etc were clean, had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Seems the new normal is that they only clean the rooms when requested but the cost of rooms is still going up. Again, paying more for less like everything in the world these days. Overall nice place room fridge did not work."
