"Great price per night, the location was only 10 min walk from the city centre. The breakfast buffet was consistently nice and prevented me from wasting time finding breakfast, so for efficient travellers maximising their time this is a big deal! The staff was always friendly and helpful, speaking good English and respectful to all guests. The room was well finished and looked after also. This ticks all boxes from me. 5/5 for me."

"Property was clean, staff friendly. Hotel 6 min drive to airport so it’s super convenient. Not much around as far as restaurants. 20 min drive to Bascarsija and restaurants. My parents asked for a taxi to pick them up to take them to airport next morning. Receptionist confirmed it was scheuduled for pickup at 4 am. Taxi never came for them. If it wasn’t for my husband dropping us off at airport and coming back to get them they would have been stranded without transport. Not sure what happened. ...

"Finding the hotel by car is easy, part of the building is 15 floors high and the Ibis logo at the top. Good reception, lobby has swings in it for seats and the odd theme is carried out further in the room with the decor being a blackened end to the room looking as if it has not been painted or is being repaired. "This hotel was lovely! My suite overlooked the back terrace and the mosque/old city. While it was a bit loud at night, the view was so beautiful, I didn't mind at all. The complementary breakfast was amazing, and the spa treatments were wonderful. Cena, the aesthetician, was so nice and friendly. The location is perfect for walking to almost anywhere in the city. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!"
