"Exactly what we needed except for the fact the city centre was a 30 min walk away, so wouldn’t be an issue if you had a rental car. There a shopping centre around the corner that was very useful "

"We didn’t stay at Le Cheval Blanc as it was closed for holidays, Hotels.com advised of a nearby chambres d’hôtes and we stayed there ‘Au clos de Charny’ which was lovely, our only problem was our room was up two flights of steep stairs. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed, a very nice shower room with a good shower. The breakfast was superb, a great choice of cheeses and charcuterie, breads, homemade jams, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. The host is a lovely lady too."

La chambre triple était calme avec le parking juste devant (pratique pour les valises). L’équipement de la chambre était suffisant pour une nuit. "Overnight stop. Dinner in restaurant was good and reasonable choices for main. Beds were a bit on the smaller side. Lack of pillows, only one small pillow per bed. Rooms could do with a freshen up decorative wise."

"The place smelled as if someone had being smoking all day long. The shower was not very clean. When trying to close the shower curtains an insect came out. In some areas of the room was dusty with dead insects. Receptionist was nice"
