"I recently stayed here, and overall, it was an amazing experience! The accommodations were fantastic, and the customer service throughout the hotel was stellar. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. However, I did notice a significant drawback at the restaurant during breakfast. "Our stay was short as we had a 6am flight, but the staff were wonderful and offered helpful suggestions for making sure we got to our flight on time and rested. The room was very clean, and the ceiling of the room was beautiful."

"The front desk staff was very helpful, even if the senior property management wasn't. Had booked my reservations through Expedia, and had to move a one night stay up by one day. Hotel had plenty of vacancies and I agreed to pay a high fee. Expedia reached out to the hotel management to request a waiver of the cancellation fee but hotel woud not respond."
