"Excellent place to stay right by Dartmouth. Great location and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful."

"I have stayed here many times and I have always found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and well maintained. They also have added coffee and breakfast available in the morning which is a plus. My only complaint is that the valet parking is exorbitant. It's easier to leave your car on the street over night and move it before 9 am, which they don't tell you."

"Would have been better if the fire alarm didn’t go off twice and neither time were we told it was safe to go back inside. No acknowledgment of the alarms at the very early hours of the morning. Otherwise the property was okay. Simple and relatively clean. The sleeper sofa had food crumbs on the mattress."

"Staff was wonderful! Our junior suite was comfortable. We enjoyed some of the older touches of the place as it evoked good memories of times gone by. Things are basic and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable and we were thankful for the ac that we could control in the room. Lots of easy walking and interesting places to eat in walking distance. Only downside is the parking so be prepared to walk a bit. There are a few handicapped spots right outside. Would certainly come back and...

I would not even bother to leave a negative review about that, however, but the room was not up to anyone's standards for clean. They did a decent job in the bathroom area but that is about it. "My reviews weren’t great just because they are in the middle of renovations. I was in a room not renovated and the bathroom needed updating. Other than that, the staff was pleasant and it looked like things would be much better after the renovations."
