"This hotel was an absolute gem! Comfortable, charming, quiet, and loaded with authentic character worthy of its 11th century origins. The front desk staff were especially helpful in answering our questions about the area. Consider upgrading to a room with a private balcony for some lovely outdoor views. One helpful hint: If you're using a GPS, enter the actual address (2 rue du Maréchal Foch) otherwise you may be directed to the actual Abbaye d'Alspach monastery in nearby Kayserberg."

"Really super stay, so comfortable and warm. Large room with a fridge, coffee maker and kettle- such a bonus. Lovely view of the pretty street. Can drive along to drop luggage and free street parking around the town. Very historic atmosphere. Super breakfast with loads baked goods. Would happily stay again."

"The staff were really helpful when the heavy rain caused the ceiling in our apartment to leak badly. When we got the new apartment the kitchen wasnt fully clean with sauce splatters on the walls and a bit of an odor in the toilet that was there for the remainder of our stay. The pool needs some tlc but overall ee enjoyed our stay and would consider using the brand again on other locations."

"Fabulous hotel in a beautiful village, two minutes walk to the train station (for Colmar and Strasbourg) and there is plenty of safe parking outside the hotel. All the staff were very helpful, we didn’t take the breakfast but it did look very nice."

"The shower is over a deep bath so not very accessible for people who have mobility problems . Its in the pedestrian part of town so no cars About 200 mtr walk over cobblestones from the parking lot"
