Way overpriced!!! We expected something special as this was the most expensive hotel (marketed as a "resort" on the booking sites but called "hotel" in reality!) on our 26 day trip through Norway. The room was ok but nothing more. No coffee/tea facilities e.g. and in the lobby the coffee & tea was 40 Nok/cup!!! Also our shampoo and soap bottles were empty and after having complained they were not filled for our 2nd night nor was our room done so we had to complain again. Breakfast : you could not sit where you liked and 2 unfriendly ladies kept walking the aisles watching you. We didn't feel at ease at all! Food was not replenished quickly and after having asked for eggs and being told they would be coming, they eventually came 20 min. later when we had finished our breakfast.
The only thing that was good was the view.
I think this hotel uses the lack of accommodations in the area to drive up the price and does not offer the service and quality associated with this price tag (approx 250€/night!)
We were no satisfied customers!
