The air conditioning in the room was connected to a pipe system that ran through the bathroom, had collapsed, the bathroom door couldn't close completely. "I checked out lots of hotels before booking the Hotel Grand and it lived up to my expectations. Great value for money, great location for my trip. Good menu for evening meal, breakfast could do with improving. would definitely stay again. "
