"Beautiful, relaxing, small winery. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We booked last minute and didn’t notice the stay included a complementary wine tasting, which we missed because we checked in late. Claudine made sure to let us know and arrange the wine tasting the next day for us in their cozy and beautiful cellar. It was a delight to try the wines and hear about them from Claudine. We would definitely recommend Lovane for anyone looking for a peaceful and friendly place. "

"The rooms were clean, the pool was sublime, the facilities had complete kitchen and fridge as well as washer and dishwasher. We booked a superior room and they had prepared the sofa bed for our child too. The breakfast was amazing as well as security was top notch. I wished we had known about the wine tasting as that would have been perfect if we didn’t have to venture out to Franschoek or other parts of Stellenbosch. "Coming from the US and having heard all kinds of stories about SA, I will say this property is very safe and secure, with (free) gated parking. I had a 2 bedroom apartment that was very spacious and had a patio area and kitchen. It was enormous. The staff are very courteous and helpful, and eager to share all the great things Stellenbosch has to offer. Laundry service is a plus and so is the location—walkable to any number of great restaurants and cafes. Great value as well. Highly recommended."
