"The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold.. We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities. "

"The Cost room is incredibly tiny. Now I have a better sense of 109 square feet, I guess. I'm only a slightly above average sized guy. I found myself having to move extremely carefully the first two days or so. The bathroom sink only had a trickle of pressure. I never did quite grasp the shower handle/system. It would have helped if it were marked somehow. The gym was decent in a pinch. Food was very good.I added the breakfast and it actually ended up being a real value. I actually eat breakfast,...

"A nice unit in a great location right by the City Center, literally across the street from a Metro station. Everything as advertised. No staff on site but staff was very responsive via text when needed. So why a 4 instead of 5? It is located on a busy street, and while the traffic was expected, there were a few nights where it was hard to sleep because the cars stopped at the adjacent traffic light regularly had their music extremely loud until 2 or 3 AM. "This hotel was absolutely superb! The hotel was extremely clean, modern, comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was absolutely one of the best we’ve ever had in any hotel, and the location was great! We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again! "

"Easy to find and great staff. Room with a harbour view was lovely and had alp amenities you would expect. Also a paid minibar/snacks in the room The bedding/pillows aren't great and had major difficulty sleeping because of it, along with the thermostat not being great. Room became very warm on my secind night despite thermostat saying no heating if outside temp is above 12 degrees. Wouldn't stop me from staying again though "
