"Staff were unfriendly and used one of the seating areas as a smoking area although my kids were sat there. I discovered this later and was very cross about this as they just smoked over my kids. Shower was very loud and faulty. The driver was fantastic who picked us up from the port and extremely kind. The pool area is very nice which was the best bit. Staff seemed to see holiday makers as an inconvenience. The photos of the hotel on the website were very flattering so I had much higher...

"Hotels bien placé certes. Les chambres sont vétustes, le linge sale, pas de rideaux, vous dormez en plein jour, la qualité des matelas est horrible. Je ne comprends meme pas comment il peut être noté 9/10, la cuisine colllective est bien avec une belle terrasse etc par contre vraiment les chambres sont pas confortables, je ne recommande pas du tout. Et le service d hôtels,com la dessus a également était absolument NUL "

The breakfasts were very good and made from local produce, with Manuella giving a detailed explanation of the produce. Room was very clean and a brilliant view from the patio where we had breakfast. Unfortunately for me it was raining and cold, and after a horrifying ride up the mountain, I was greeted by the dog that jumped up on me and got my pants very muddy (I love dogs but he was extremely muddy and kept jumping on me)..
