"We had an amazing overnight stay. The staff were very welcoming, informative and professional. We opted to have dinner in our room (private dining). This was definitely a very rememberable experience with a six course meal. The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. "Wonderful resort with breathtaking view from our room. Room is very clean, nice and comfortable. The staffs are very attentive, polite and helpful. Got our breakfast coffee made by Mr. Huy Thắng, very appreciate with the care by the staffs here. We love here so much that we extended our stay for another 2 days. The only thing need to be improved is the restaurant here is a little pricey for dinner and didn’t have much choices, had to go out for dinner. Other than that, we are really love this...

"Trip from the wharf on the tender (boat big enough to fit 40 or so people) took about 40 minutes to get out to the boat moored out in Halong Bay. Had set menu lunch and dinner tasting menu food was good. Room was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Bathroom nice with porthole window in the shower. Activities were good including kayaking, squid fishing and visit to cave. Favourite activity for the family was the karaoke. Pool was a very big spa that was well utilised. Shuttle transfer...

"Our room was perfect. Brand new, well maintained and constructed. Nice view of the bay. The pools were excellent. Facilities were solid and there was a mart on site. Housekeeping staff very nice. Front desk was average. Breakfast was average. Not much in the area so be prepared to take a Grab. Would stay again."
