"Nice hotel, clean and well located on the edge of the city right beside the main train and bus stations for those wishing to use public transport, we used a hire car as we wished to explore Ypres and the surrounding WW1 museums etc at our own leisure, car parking was very easy as the hotel sits on the same site as the stations car park and is only €8 per night. The staff were exellent, all staff members were pleasent and helpful at all times during our stay. Breakfast was good although the restaurant / breakfast area was quite small, and there is no evening meals available apart from some small bar snacks which are tasty and enough satisfy, with plenty of options for food in the city. Overall a solid hotel."

"Super location. Very pleasant staff met us on arrival. Made the check in so much nicer. Breakfast was very nice. But somehow the rooms alloted to us in EVERY hotel was never a room with a view or a room that has character. We believe those booking through Expedia /Hotels.com are not given any preference! Hotels prefer that one bold directly with them! This had been our experience throughout this trip!!"

"Hotel is ideally located near main squares and other primary attractions. Meticulously clean interior within an older building with much of the original charm still present. Beds and linens were fantastic, and room was super quiet. We didn't do breakfast or restaurant on this stay, but we did enjoy their spacious and beautiful bar area that had multiple adjacent seating areas with tall ceilings and classical decor. Brenton was our bartender and he was excellent. Would come back to this place again for sure"

"The hotel is somehow both elegant and cozy. It is perfectly located, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. We stayed for 3 nights, and we didn’t want to leave."

"The hotel is extremely well placed for access into Brugge. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable, the reason we marked it down was because there are electrical wires Which had been joined together, but didn’t look safe"

"I only wish we knew ahead of time how amazing this hotel was. We would have stayed 2 nights instead of one. This is the nicest place I have ever stayed in Europe as well as many other places in North America. We didn’t know about the spa facilities either and would have planned time to use them! The lobby is beautiful, I enjoyed a glass of wine in the ‘living room’, the outdoor terrace is serene with the living wall…breakfast was 5 stars and the room was incredible. And ultra cold A/C. An absolute gem of a place. Can’t wait to return."

"Lovely elegant hotel in the centre of Brugge. The hotel has a quirky layout, our ground floor rooms were accessed via a lift from the first floor. The breakfast was excellent. The pool, whilst small, provided a welcome refresher at end of a day in town."
