"Great hotel, very clean and modern. Good location close to the train station, but we didn't get any outside noise at night. Rooms were very clean, lots of storage space, very nice bathroom. Staff were able to get us into our room early which was much appreciated. There's a weird glitch with the bar lock on the inside of the door. Make sure that it's pressed all the way closed when you leave, else opening the door can catch it and cause it to flip - locking you out of your room. I'm assuming this happens frequently as the staff were able to fix this and gets us back into our room quickly. Breakfast is great, although a bit on the pricey side if you don't include it in your original booking. It's a bit of a walk (10-15min) into town to restaurants so if you think you will want to have breakfast at the hotel, include it in your booking."

"Hotel is ideally located near main squares and other primary attractions. Meticulously clean interior within an older building with much of the original charm still present. Beds and linens were fantastic, and room was super quiet. We didn't do breakfast or restaurant on this stay, but we did enjoy their spacious and beautiful bar area that had multiple adjacent seating areas with tall ceilings and classical decor. Brenton was our bartender and he was excellent. Would come back to this place again for sure"

"Excellent location in easy walking distance to everything. As European air conditioning goes it is very comfortable on a sweltering summer day. If you think you are going to work out the fitness center isn’t really functional with a 80’s style weight contraption with broken plates."

"The hotel is extremely well placed for access into Brugge. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable, the reason we marked it down was because there are electrical wires Which had been joined together, but didn’t look safe"

"I only wish we knew ahead of time how amazing this hotel was. We would have stayed 2 nights instead of one. This is the nicest place I have ever stayed in Europe as well as many other places in North America. We didn’t know about the spa facilities either and would have planned time to use them! The lobby is beautiful, I enjoyed a glass of wine in the ‘living room’, the outdoor terrace is serene with the living wall…breakfast was 5 stars and the room was incredible. And ultra cold A/C. An absolute gem of a place. Can’t wait to return."

"Lovely elegant hotel in the centre of Brugge. The hotel has a quirky layout, our ground floor rooms were accessed via a lift from the first floor. The breakfast was excellent. The pool, whilst small, provided a welcome refresher at end of a day in town."
