"Nice room to spend the day of arrival or the day before your flight. It is located within a 10 minute drive from the airport or 20 minutes by bus. Rooms and beds are quite comfortable and you have an option to also add breakfast, which I would recommend as it was quite good and options were vast to select what you wanted to eat. Staff was friendly and check in and check out was very easy going."

"This hotel is really stylish and clean. I stayed in a premium room for 3 with my two teenagers and it was nice and big and nicely decorated. It was a nice base for the three nights. The air con is great and the WiFi was brilliant. I have dropped a star because: • The location is not great, I didn't realise at the time of booking, but the north area is a bit dodgy. From reading on, they have a bit of a problem with drugs and illegal immigrants in the area, so much that the police have admitted that they can't police it. My recommendation is to get a cab to the hotel and not to use Brussels Nord for any journeys if you have children with you. • The staff I dealt with were a bit... Flat... I don't know how else to describe it. Also, one person said we would be charged city tax at the end of our stay, but then I noticed payments going on my card at 1/2pm every day. When I asked, they said it was city tax. Then, they tried to charge me again when I left! • The garden bar wasn't open, and the main bar was not a nice place to sit in the day, especially with children (clean and nice decor, but really dark) Another tip, the fridge is a bit useless, so don't expect to get cold drinks from it."

"Great location. Spacious room, and a kitchen so you could make your own breakfast and snacks. Dining table and arm chair. Comfy beds. A little tired looking but clean. We were very happy."
