"Really poor experience overall. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and we found numerous hairs in the bathroom which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. On departure, no one even asked how our stay was. Won’t be returning."

"The purpose of this review is not to simply disparage the property, but to help improve it in the future. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The kettle in my room was used and full of water, and the shower curtain was filthy at the bottom. The only positive was that the sheets were clean. In addition, the parking issue was a nightmare; the staff gave no instructions on parking until I asked them about it, and they told me that I have to pay and reserve for a parking space. "Bed very comfortable, one of the best we have had in a hotel, we'll appointed room, and added bonus of air con. Large shower, which was modern and clean. And the two evening meals, we had during our stay were excellent. Downside was the cost of breakfast £14+, plus extra £2 if booked on the day. Perhaps they could offer alternative of nice coffee and sour dough toast for a reduced price? Also coffee/tea/milk not replenished in room so I ended up having camomile tea... Staff very helpful too....
