"On the second day of our stay we received a knock on the door around 8:20am on Saturday morning from someone that kept saying they were security. I walked to the door and before I could open it they had used their key card to open the door. I asked what the employee was doing and he said sorry he didn’t hear me and left. I then called the front desk to report the incident and they said I had called about a tv not working and he was maintenance staff. I never called about a tv not working and I asked then why did he pretend to be security. The whole thing was odd and made us feel uncomfortable. The front desk could care less about my concern. I tried to reach the GM Jonathon and he never replied to my text message. The creepy thing is my girlfriend had been in the room all day by herself the day before while I was out with clients. A hotel staff member posing as security and entering our room made us extremely uncomfortable. "

"Do not stay here. This hotel is extremely run down and nothing like the photos - it genuinely feels like false advertising. The difference between what is shown online and what you actually get is shocking. The room was in very poor condition, right on the highway with constant noise, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms and upstairs. It also didn’t feel clean, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. We raised our concerns immediately and asked for a refund. The front desk advised that management only works 9–5 and refused to contact anyone outside those hours, which was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. We were forced to stay one night and were moved to a different room. While it was quieter, it had a strong musty smell and was still well below an acceptable standard for the prices charged. This property urgently needs a full renovation, or to be taken off booking platforms altogether. Avoid at all costs. "

"Breakfast was great just wished they had pancakes or waffles . Non working elevator and room phone. System was down so couldn’t get dinner or drinks disappointed. Free happy hour was a plus. Pool open till 11pm also a plus. Staff wasn’t in the best mood about giving more information "

"There were a ton of shops by me. Making it easy to find whatever. Hotel was very clean look brand new. Staff there didn't harass me about every little thing so that was a plus. Overall it's a great hotel to stay at. Just wish they had breakfast in the morning LOL"

"Absolutely loved this property, It was very convenient to the freeway and close to restaurants shops and grocery stores. The property was clean and good order and so is the room. I checked in with Portia and she was absolutely amazing. She made my stay honestly! Thank you again!"

"Place was ok. The plumbing in the shower and bathroom sink in our room had issues. The water would it go down. The shower filled up so quickly, I was standing in a “bath” of water and after it took forever for the water to go down. Also, there was no extra blanket in the room, we had to ask for a blanket. "

"My fiancée and I stayed in the Spanish queen, looked nothing like the pictures. The sink was wobbly, the room was humid, the shower was so small, our tv didn’t work. Staff couldn’t be bothered to greet guests. The parking structure was so small and not close to the hotel building. Only upside is it’s less than a minute from the beach. "
