"There was no nice warm welcome when we checked in. The rooms were just ok although the soap ,shampoo and conditioner were all empty and we had a 2 night stay. On the second morning we wete awakend by a member of the cleaning staff i am assuming trying to.come in our room we advised her we did not need housekeeping today but requested clean towles and all soaps and shampoos are empty. They never came with new yowles or soap. On the last day we w e re meantbto check out by 10am but we slept in, we were cc awakend by by a very rude indian lady abuisinf me as we slept in and to get our niw and gha t they would be charging us another $50 for bein a hr over checkout . "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay here, it was relaxing and very quiet at night, which made it easy to unwind. The location is great! A short 20min drive to Albury and a short walk down to the lake. You can also drive onto the sand/dirt if needed. The oneway roads around the cabins make getting in and out simple, and the key-fob gate access is very convenient and much easier than having to remember a code! The staff were lovely and very responsive. From a little GPS error (I fixed on google maps) upon arrival, calling the after hours number was simple and answered quickly. + When the smoke detector started beeping continuously for about 30 minutes, I called to request a battery replacement and it was fixed within 10 minutes. They also quickly provided extra dish soap when requested, which was appreciated! The bed was comfortable, although the bedroom itself is quite small. Be careful when making the bed or walking around it, as the drawers can catch you if you’re not paying attention. While overall the stay was enjoyable, some extra attention to cleaning would improve the experience. The kitchen blinds were dirty, along with the top of the fridge and some dishes. I actually left the place cleaner than when I arrived. No big deal for me, I enjoy cleaning, but for someone who doesn't attention is needed. Overall, I would recommend this place for singles, couples, and families looking for a peaceful and convenient stay. The air is fresh, views are lovely. I'll be back! ❤️"

"Room was okay, bed comfortable and room reasonably quiet however there was long black hairs on the tiles in the bathroom, dried snot next to the sink, TV didn’t operate on normal TV stations, both lights next to beds didn’t work and amenities such as lotion hadn’t been refilled. "

"As always the room was clean, tidy and well appointed. The restaurant meals (lamb shank & barrumundi) exellent and well cooked. When requesting the restaurant bill be placed on my account, I was informed that this service was now only available to corporate clients not private citizens. I felt undervalued. I thought that management ought to be trying to enhance customer experience, not degrade it! Fortunately, the head of service recognised that my wife and I were customers of long standing (25 years) and fixed the problem. On account of his intervention I will give the Inn another try in three weeks time. If we as private citizens are treated less than corporates again, numerous other venues are available."
