"The check-in and check-out process was super easy (we were allowed to do late check-in!). The apartment was super clean, spacious and ideal for longer stays since it has a kitchen equipped with all the needed supplies. They even gave us milk for coffee/tea. The location is amazing since is it a 2min walk to the beach and close to the bus stop to travel to wineries on the island. Highly recommend!"

"I booked this place even though it was a little dearer than Waiheke Resort next door, because the other place had a few bad reviews about check-in only being open between 2-4pm etc, and the bar was closed early etc. So we rocked up at nearly 4pm to check in, and wow it’s the same place!! "

"The location was ideal. The room was dated but fine. It looked like the sheets on the pull out bed had not been changed from last guest and there were a lot of ants. We were also asked to pay a deposit when we arrived, which I wasn't aware of and eventually they let it go but not without having to get upset about it."

"Single bedside lamp kept flickering on and of then stayed off.
No teatowel or dishcloth to wash my cup and saucer to use again.
No light over bench top, so very dark in that area, rangehood /light would not work nor the element i guess if i wanted to use it, maybe not the microwave/0ven which ever it was!"
