Kayak up the sacred Wailua River to reach the lush Secret Falls, where swimming beneath the cascade refreshes tired hikers. Nearby Lydgate Beach Park offers protected swimming areas and some of Kauai's best snorkelling spots for spotting colourful reef fish.
Such a beautiful hotel check in process was lovely, rooms interconnecting as requested, staff so absolutely lovely. The pool area is flawless - massive choice of pools, lovely warm water, good food and drink choice round the pool. Also open 24 hours so we went for a starlit float down the lazy river which was magic. We ate at every restaurant - Russell in the main restaurant was the nicest guy ever and made it so special, we loved stevesons library, loved tidepools, loved all the shops - just...

We came just after the hurricane and the owner was so helpful as we had no power by cooking dinner for everyone on the first night and constantly making sure everyone’s phone was charged. Thank you so much!

I cannot recommend this resort enough.
The condo is good sized with high end full size kitchen and laundry facilities. The living room opens on to a spacious balcony through openable doors with a view of lagoon and golf course.
The fact that there is daily housekeeping is a huge plus. Estate is beautiful and close to ocean. Please bear in mind there is no beach at the hotel.
Bikes are available to take, the first hour of which is free which is helpful to see the vast resort.

the hotel was amazing. such a beautiful location, amazing staff and tasty food whether you order from the poolside bar or the main restaurant. you need a car to get around Kauai, and so my only bugbear was mandatory valet parking, as we didn't always have small bills for tipping. it would be nice to be able to park your own car. Especially if you do multiple trips a day. but overall an amazing hotel

Nice beach front resort. Rooms were very nice, balcony was very small. We especially liked the variation of seating around the pool area. Loved the fire pits and comfy chair options. The game room had some fun options for kids and adults to enjoy. Appreciated that the bar music and noise ended at a reasonable time to allow for good sleeping, since we overlooked the pool/bar. The only real negative was the front desk people. Their body language is to make you feel they are annoyed to be...

Everything was good with this stay. The only issue was having to pay (Unexpectedly) $30 a day to park at the hotel. This was surprising when you dont have to pay to park at the domestic airport! Anyway nice resort but be aware that Princeville is an extremely expensive part of the Island with what must be the most expensive supermarket in North America - Foodland nearby.

The hotel is really pretty and modern throughout. They have rooms in two levels so very difficult to carry luggage up the stairs. When we arrive there was a very arrogant and not helpful guy doing the check in. We felt that we were not welcome there but luckily a very kind lady apologized and gave us all the directions and informations we needed. If you get the chance, choose the room with sea view - completely worth it if you wake up for sunrise as you just need to enjoy it directly from your...
