"Great for families. The pools are great for kids. The property has lots of places to eat and shop, no need to go far or drive to buy things. Most tours are around the area so its walkable. We did have an issue checking in, line was too long and wait time just to check in were atleast 30 mins long. I think they have a small front desk for the amount of people checking in. The room was ok, paper thin walls we can hear all the conversations from the other room. Also a bit outdated, we stayed at the Tapa Tower. They do offer activities around the hotel, its pricey compared to just getting it outside the hotel. Overall it was great for convenience. Valer is $75/night, there are public parking overnight for half the price, just need to walk a bit."

"The hotel is older but has been kept up. Recommend getting the oceanview rooms, the city view was noisy from outside traffic and people. Do not recommend eating from the Grille, it's not good food. Overall, I would recommend the hotel but just have realistic expectations."
