"Overall a charming property with a very spacious room at a good rate. A/C and heating both worked very well. Great location right within walking distance to main dining and shopping area. Couple things to note is there is no elevator at the property but staff was able to assist with bringing luggage up. It is also private entrance to the rooms, like motel style"

"A lovely hotel, room was spacious and very clean with all the amenities you need, parking was plentiful, the staff are welcoming and a nice surprise was the huge spa bath/pool in our room which was used several times absolute heaven! Hotel is close to everything, walking distance to the restaurants, supermarket, bars etc. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Room was ok, a bit outdated and worn down, however room was clean and beds were comfortable. There were dirty dishes and left over food and rubbish left outside rooms on the ground level when we arrived and were still there when we left the next day. The ground level access into the hotel was pretty untidy so not a very good first impression. Overall we had higher expectations for the price we paid."

"Comfortable room, easy to heat in winter, enjoyed private spa tub that you filled fresh yourself. Kettle, coffee capsule machine and toaster was sufficient for our needs over a weekend. Glad to have a EV charger available"

"This is a lovely hotel in a prime location. I hadn’t been to Rotorua before so had no idea of where things were. Quest was near everywhere I wanted to go! The room was tidy and spacious. Staff were lovely."

"Great breakfast buffet selection, good indoor hot pools, nice bar if you wanted a drink. Our room was basic (as we selected) and was clean enough, had all the sky channels. There were 2x EV chargers if you have an EV vehicle."
