"There was a bit of confusion on check in as they have two lobby’s and one accomodation section on the marina and another facing to pool area. We went to one but we were staying in the other. I was unwell and just wanted to go to the room but we were kept waiting some time and then eventually walked down to the other lobby and as we went I was told we had a room upgrade and we were in a premium room now and got given the key to that room…and then we got to the other lobby and they took that key...

"We had no hot water during our stay. The staff had no idea what was happening. They kept lying to us that we will get hot water soon. Breakfast was terrible. No choices."

"Loved the autgentic Fijian vibe and nature here. Pond was brown due to previous rain but beautiful trees, atmosphere, staff and amenities. Peaceful at times but sometimes bit noisy at night with other holiday makers. Wonderful food in the restaurant, very relaxing. Comfy bed and room had all i needed, though cant remember if microwave as i didnt cook but fridge there and tea and coffee."

"Very good hotel ,staff very good , On arrival , fridge not working , fridge replaced . Aircon was dripping water as the discharge hose was leaking . Room was changed . Very happy with the service and staff . Kitchen very clean nice breakfast ."
