"The parking was simple and the air conditioning was very cool always. I prefer to have it warm though because AC makes me too cold. The room was very clean and the accommodation from the front desk was pleasing. I enjoyed the energy from every staff member I ran into. The whole experience was a blessing and we will be back as soon as we can. My mom got the opportunity to embrace the true aloha of Kauai. Thank you so much!!"

"Friendly check in and check out. Right next to the beach and the evening fire torch adds some ambience for a romantic stroll on the property. Love the free laundry room just had to wait your turn. "

"Lovely staff and lovely location, some of the outdoor fixtures and furniture were a bit worn, and the TV was near impossible to use, but overall had a good time. My only reason for dropping down 2 stars is because the first room we were assigned to, still had people checked in. Thank goodness they were not in the room when we entered!! The second reason is because we had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign hanging off our door, but someone (assuming housekeeping) came in and promptly left. We were checking out that day, but it was still 1.5 hours before checkout time. You'd think you'd want to knock just to be sure the guests have left for privacy purposes. Another hiccup was that guests are given a parking pass. The individual checking us in forgot, and I had to go back and ask (this was my third time at the counter in under 15-20min). First was to check in, the second to notify them that the room was in use (and promptly received the new one), and the third was to ask for the parking pass (after they asked me on the second visit if I had one, and said they'd give me one). I am not upset by the interaction and oversight whatsoever and had a great time! But I still feel these things should be mentioned so folks can make their own informed decision. Oh! I also didn't see any elevators. Had to take luggage up 3 flights of stairs to our room, got my much needed workout in after all the yummy food. But I may have just missed them. I would double check and call if this is important to you :)"

"First time on any of the Hawaiian islands and this place was divine! Location was absolutely perfect! Very central to the best beaches, the airport, and town areas/shops. The food and service at their upscale dining Moa Moa was fabulous and exceeded expectations! The beachfront access from the resort was a major plus.. the resort was extremely clean and well maintained. The complimentary water bottles each day were a great perk! Staff was always welcoming and friendly. Would most definitely return here!"

"The room was not clean. Broken glass, spider webs, only two hand towels, The bedding was not fresh. No extra toilet paper, no tissues. It's hard to say it was a terrible stay because of the location. The island is so beautiful and the hotel looks good on the outside, just have low expectations for inside. After we cleaned the room and purchased our own bedding, got supplies, the rest of our trip was amazing!! "

"Generally the stay was great. Check in was less than pleasant when told we had to pay for A/C and an extra tax. Our package said all was included. It did get resolved a couple days later. Also concierge when we got there was too much since we had been up for almost 24 hours. Felt pressure to do a time share sales pitch. We did cancel it the next day since we had no interest . Parking spaces were tight made it hard to load and unload luggage"
