"We arrived at the hotel after about 20 hours of travel, only to find out they had overbooked and we didn’t have a room. The staff was very friendly and apologetic. The manager arranged for us to stay at another hotel and comped the room. She also offered transportation. I must say the manager turned a bad situatuon into something positive. "Driver pick me up at the airport, it's a huge resort with plenty of rooms.
Surprisingly, the room is too big for single traveler, at the beginning i was scared because I check in at midnight.
In the morning, when I open the window, I feel so happy, feel like dreaming, a big windows in the leaving rooms over looking to the park which all the trees turn white because of showing .
42 inch flat tv in leaving room, 32 inch in the bedroom, huge set of sofa seat, dining table and kitchen...
