"Lovely helpful host. Great well appointed unit, spacious and everything we needed. The heaters kept us cosy after we woke to -1 degree in the morning. Thank you for the great user friendly laundry facilities. We felt the hot water system could have been better. The shower was weak and hard to get really hot and we boiled the kettle to wash the dishes."

"It was a lovely room. Just the right size for our one night stay. We were annoyed that the electric blanket was incredibly hard to find and plug in to use. I broke my permanent bracelet trying to lift the whole mattress to get to the plug on both beds. The heater has 3 different places to make sure it is on (overkill), had to call the desk to get it working. Positives: it is a lovely old hotel with a quirky room system.
