"Very descent apartment, with smart system room. They provide washing machine. The bathroom can be used as drying room. Next to family mart, closed to some other 24h stores. A lot of restaurant nearby: mcD, pepperlunch, ootoya, sukiya. Only 100m from Higashi Shinjuku Station. Love our stay much."

"Clean small apartment - walkable to a bustling part of the city. Shinjuku is an exciting area and just outside of the east station exit is a bit like vegas-meets-NY. I knew the area was active but I did not realize this apartment was smack in the middle of the night life (host bars, love hotels, etc) part of town. "The accommodation was in a good location, but the bed was very average, with a very thin blanket that was not warm enough for the colder nights. The pillows were also pancake thin. Once checked in, we had no way of communicating with the owners to ask for a warmer blanker, other than talking to the bar staff at night.
