"Very descent apartment, with smart system room. They provide washing machine. The bathroom can be used as drying room. Next to family mart, closed to some other 24h stores. A lot of restaurant nearby: mcD, pepperlunch, ootoya, sukiya. Only 100m from Higashi Shinjuku Station. Love our stay much."

"무난한 느낌의 숙소. 호스트가 안내를 상세하게 잘 해줘서 좋았음. 주변 역까지 10분정도 걸어야하고 화장실은 조금 좁지만 혼자나 둘이서 여행할 때는 꽤 괜찮은 숙소인듯. 아 그리고 방음 진짜 괜찮았던게 숙소 건물에 나밖에 없는걸로 착각할정도. 그리고 본인은 숙소에서 나와서 어딘가로 이동하는 일정이라 주변에 인프라가 없어도 괜찮았음. 다음에도 도쿄에서의 숙소는 이곳으로 할 예정"

"Great location. Comfortable apartment, with everything provided. A few rules and restrictions made things a little less comfortable, like not being allowed to open windows or balcony door, the rooms were pretty stuffy. Other than that, great"

"Clean room, location was a 10minute walk away from Shinjuku station and convenience stores within 5 minutes of location. Check in and check out process very easy. Will come back again."

"We really enjoyed our stay here in Tokyo. The instructions were very clear, and having everything labeled especially for trash made things so much easier compared to other places we’ve stayed. It really helped us stay organized and made the whole experience more convenient. The location was also great very walkable and in a peaceful neighborhood, which we really appreciated after busy days exploring the city. Overall, it was a great experience. "ディズニーリゾート旅行時に家族５人で２泊利用しました。 家族構成は大人２人中学生１人、小学生１人、保育園児１人です。 ベッドはソファベッドも使用して快適に宿泊出来ました。 ２日間とも２２時過ぎの着。朝５時発のお風呂と寝るだけ利用でしたが、しっかり疲れが取れました。 他の方も書いていますが、チェックイン時は手順が多いので注意が必要です。 チェックアウト時の鍵の処理手順がフロントに記載が無いので戸惑いましたが、鍵ボックスに戻しておきました。 また利用したいと思います。"
