"This was an awesome place!! I can only find compliments about this hotel!! The staff was amazing and very welcoming, polite, helpful, engaging from the front desk to the housekeeping!! The room was clean and comfortable!! Location was good. They even have a little area you can get a bite to eat if you are hungry! I would FOR SURE stay there again!!"

"We canceled our reservation within minutes of making it because they didn’t have the airport shuttle, which was advertised. We had missed our airline connection and were stranded at the airport with our phones almost dead. We managed to make another reservation with a different hotel, with a shuttle. We’re still being charged for the Hyatt Place room, even though we told the Hyatt we were canceling within minutes of making the reservation. We explained our situation to Expedia customer service when the room charge appeared on our bill. No help. We’ll never use Expedia again!"

"This is my go-to hotel when leaving NC due to its cleanliness and proximity to the airport. I always sleep good and the rooms are always clean. I wish all hotels would invest in better beds and pillows, but that is a common complaint for this insomniac. "
