"Never let park on grass"

"First time I've stayed at a Hyatt House, which seems to be Hyatt's equivalent of Hilton's Hampton Inn. Nice spacious room. The little kitchen seemed pretty usable (though we didn't). Lots of places to eat nearby. The "free" breakfast was meh; not as good as Hampton Inn's. Not as well-prepared and not as much variety."

"Our driver and I wish I knew name was fantastic She dropped us off at the airport and when inside I later realized I had left some important medication behind in our room. I called Sonesta and she went and got my meds and promptly brought to me at the airport So grateful and thankful for her good deed"

"The front desk staff are amazing! They made me feel important and cared."

"Clean"

"Price was right, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfasts were tasty and well prepared, and the kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend it."

"Courteous and friendly staff. Room was somewhat outdated, but was clean. Breakfast was minimal at best."

"The location to the airport is great. The staff is wonderful but the room had a weird odor and the shower head was leaking which was annoying. The breakfast was mediocre at best but it was better than nothing. Overall it was ok for a 2 night stay."

"This is a no-frills, inexpensive stay to be close to the airport. It was a fine place to sleep and not much else."

"When I spoke with the lady on the phone I asked about staying one night and flying out of RDU. I told her I had two vehicles. She said they were not very busy the next couple days and would only charge me for one vehicle. She ended up charging me for both vehicles even after I showed her what day I called and she said she was the one working. The hotel was very dirty and smelled like everyone was staying short term and cooking in their rooms. Paint peeling off walls in room and bathroom."

"The staff were wonderful! Very kind and efficient. The room was as expected for the price. The bedroom itself was clean, but the shower had the drain cover pulled out, and the toilet needed to be cleaned. As someone with sensitive skin, the bedsheets were very itchy (but clean with no bugs). Also, it's worth noting that you'll need to bring your own conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. Only hand soap and shampoo are provided. Loved the kitchen layout!"

"Upgrade the appliance and cockroach were in there needs to be sprayed. I am sorry"

"Staff was the most helpful people that I have encountered in my 30+ years of traveling."
