"Stay few times before, currently undergoing maintenance so has scaffolding up. Doesn't affect windows or noise. Parking included great dog friendly great town centre. Shame no more breakfast but didn't really affect stay. Will be back"

"On arrival a request of £15 per night to park on there grounds, our 2 night stay there was no room service, change of towels etc."

"Apple House has it's own carpark behind the building. It is also perfectly located to walk into York through Micklegate Bar. Takes about 10 minutes. Just be aware that there is no lift if you overpacked like I did ! Great hosts and lovely breakfast. I would definitely stay here again"

There was one woman that when asked if we were late for breakfast at first looked as if she couldn’t understand what I was saying, she being British as well as the other two members of staff. She said that we were late but the buffet area was empty and what it seemed ready have their guests, that part was disappointing because we were hungry and we were willing to pay the £15/person.
