"We stayed here one night on our road trip. Lovely clean and modern motel room on a quiet side street a block from the local restaurant options. Well-stocked coffee/tea selection. Super comfortable beds. We didn’t use the top bunk - the mattress is a bit too deep for the guard rails, so our Kid was afraid of rolling out. But the lower bed suited the Kid just fine. "This place was cool! From the outside, its going to look like one of those old two-story motels we've all seen but with an obvious coat of new paint on it. However, when you get inside, the entire interior has been be gutted and redone with modern fixtures and furniture. It was a super comfortable room to stay in and surprisingly sound proof. "Everything was wonderful at this property. The room was probably the best room we've ever stayed in. Very clean and the attention to detail was top notch! All of the staff were really helpful if we needed anything or had any questions.The breakfast was outstanding. The hot tub was clean, well taken care and the perfect temperature. Loved the sauna to! We will be back!"

"The place was quiet, and peaceful. Just a couple of miles outside of town, towards the Northeast entrance of RMNP. We arrived at approximately 5:30, and although the office was closed, our key and stay-paperwork was waiting for us. Expectations may be different in the Summer season, but we loved the convenience and quiet of this place! We saw wild turkeys in the driveway, right next to our car, and elk and deer, nearby. "

"In all honesty we won't be back. The checkin process was not clear. The sliding glass door entry was difficult, stuck glass door every time. The combo to access didn't work because its a lock box to access loose keys. No clue. The old bed was not comfortable. The pillows were very flat, all 4. There were many signs that the room was not cleaned or poorly cleaned. Actually found some dark hairs under the sheets. The floors were dirty too. Oh and the toilet was extremely low (I'm 5'2") Really...

"Hot tub on the porch was very nice! The location was close to everything that we needed to do in Estes. Room was clean and our stay was quiet. There were a number of activities to do at the property but we didn’t have time to try them. We will be back."

"Very comfortable and clean room. Nice hotel for few days. Has a large hot tub and gym. The price was reasonable. Breakfast was plenty but can use some fresh items like fresh salsa, maybe cut tomatoes or other veggies for vegetarians. Friendly staff."
