"Great place to stay"

"Nice hotel and clean. Enjoyed breakfast. Only complaint doors slammed loudly."

"The property was very clean and well maintained. Every staff member I came in contact with was so pleasant and friendly. I do wish there were different options for pillows — they were all down or some sort of down alternative and very airy, so as soon as you rest your head on them they were flat as a pancake. It would be nice if there were firmer options."

"Indoor pool was advertised but it was closed for renovations, they said it would open while I was there but then pushed it day by day and it never opened while I was there. The floor I was on was also under renovation with dirty carpets and electrical wires sticking out of the walls everywhere. Extremely loud banging from other guests constantly and even all night long for 3 nights. I told the staff and nothing happened. "The sheets were dirty, and when I went to go ask, they gave me a set of clean sheets for me to do my own bed, so I told her either to refund me the money for me to do my own bed or to give me a different room. Finally, she gave me another room. & the sheets were all stained. Also not good. in the bathroom. There was a used soap. I don’t know if they even clean their rooms or not."

"Before we reserved our stay at the Hampton, we called to make sure there was no remodeling on the floor we could be staying on and that the pool and hot tub were open and available at the date of our stay. We were told everything was in proper order. After arriving a few days later the pool was closed for repairs. This was so frustrating because grandpa had two grandchildren who were anxious to swim after a long drive and for the grandparent because he then had to find a way to entertain them...

"I enjoyed staying here. It's very close to Thanksgiving Point and American Fork Canyon, which are both wonderful places. The hotel was fine, everything was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. My family enjoyed swimming in the pool at night. The view of the mountains from the pool is beautiful. I would stay here again and recommend it to others."

"This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. It was a difficult night and I didn't sleep well with nightmares of some kind of infestation crawling on me. Sorry to be dramatic. "Great suites, clean, staff amazing. Rolled in after a 9 hour drive at 10 p.m. only chips in the car. The amazing clerk gave me some homemade chicken salad from a business down the street instead of me microwaving a hot pocket. BEST ever! Did laundry in the morning, which is free if you have your own detergent, had a hot breakfast, complimentary, with so many options. Absolutely wonderful hotel."

"So so loud. Felt like I bed was on i15. I did think there would be noise but for a newer property, nothing like this. Ear plugs didn't help. Basic place. Good staff. Clean."
